Admiring the miniatures in a huge parc, 5 hectares.I imagined how difficult to make beautiful miniatures like in the France Miniature. The France miniature is located in Boulevard André Malraux,78990 Elancourt- Saint Quentin-en-Yvelines.The parc represents two hundred witnesses of the genius builders who understand to transcribe in 1/30 of the amazing architectures in France.

When I was a little girl, I liked to read Asterix. I liked to see the pictures of Asterix and Obelisk. They were cute. When I was in Paris, I went to Parc Asterix, 35 km north of Paris. It is designed after the famous Asterix French comic books by Goscinni and Uderzo. They are two Gauls resisting the powerful Roman army.
The Parc Asterix is an amusement park that's a lot of fun to young children. The Tonnerre de Zeus, a magnificent and unique wooden roller coaster, takes you 30 meters off the ground over the treetops. It's a frantic 1200 meter race with top speeds of 80 km/h and breathtaking twists and turns.

I was buying the disney ticket at FNAC stores, I met my friends. So we went together to Paris Disneyland by RER line A4 towards Marne La Vallée. Got off at the Marne La Vallée station, we walked about 100 m to go to Paris Disneyland entrance.
Disneyland Paris is divided into five themed areas inside the park : Fantasy land, adventure land, discovery land, mainstreet usa, frontier land. I was surprised at how crowded it was. It was weekday, we had to queue about 45 minutes. We saw a performance of the Lion King that is similar to the Broadway show. We also saw the parade which celebrates Disneyland Paris’ 15th anniversary this year. I would recommend seeing the parade and if the park is crowded, make sure to find a viewing spot early. It was fun, we tried mostly the attractions.

Cité des sciences et de l'Industrie, the Paris science and technology museum in the Parc de la Vilette
Interior of Cité des sciences et de l'Industrie
Still in Parc de la Vilette, there's Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (the City of Sciences and Industries) created by architect Alain Fainsilber, an amazing educational museum with permanent and temporary exhibitions concerning everything about science. It's a favorite of families and kids.

I was exciting to go to Parc de la Vilette. Located at 211, avenue Jean Jaurès, 19 th arrondissement. Designed by architect Bernard Tschumi. It’s a huge modern park in Paris, 55 hectares. Among the 35 hectares of "green space" are 7 hectares of lawn.Parc de la Villette receives more than 10 million visitors per year.
At the main entrance to Parc de la Villette is the Fontaine aux Lions that was created in 1811. It sits in front of the old tallow melting warehouse, built in 1867, what is now the Maison de la Villette, an Exposition Hall covering 1,130 square meters. There is an area of several carousels providing a very festive atmosphere on the opposite end of the Maison de la Villette from the Fountain of Lions.
Enjoying The Geode, it’s very amazing modern idea. Designed by Adrien Fainsilber and Gérard Chamayou. The dome is 36m in diameter and is composed of nearly 6,500 reflective stainless steel triangles. None of the triangles touches its neighbor, which allows for expansion of the metal due to solar heating. The dome houses an IMAX theater, a hemispherical movie screen of 1,000 square meters and shows films of nature and science specifically made for such a screen.
Cité de la Musique
Cité de la Musique (the City of Music), created by architect Christian de Portzamparc. It’s a museum of music includes an auditorium, a resource center and a media library of music and dance.
Walking to Zenith which also in the Parc de la Vilette. It’s a nightclub offering musical concerts. It was designed by Philippe Chaix and Jean-Paul Morel
There are many garden with different themes in the Parc de la Vilette. It contains 10 theme gardens including Le Jardin des Miroirs (Garden of Mirrors), contains 28 standing mirrors set among woodland pines and maple trees. Le Jardin des Dunes (Garden of Dunes) offers a rolling landscape, pedal windmills and air-cushioned areas for children to expend lots of energy. It’s energizing garden. Le Jardin de la Treille (Garden of Trellises) that has 8 terraces of climbing vines with 90 bubbling fountains among them. I saw 7 bronze sculptures that was created by Jean-Maw Albert. Le Jardin des Bambous (Garden of Bamboo) has 6 meters below the rest of the Parc de la Villette. There are several walkways that I found different views into this forest of bamboo, as well as a trail that winds through the garden below. I heard the sound of falling water from a vertical, cylindrical water fountain that was created by Bernhard Leitner. Le Jardin des Voltiges(Garden of Movement) is a play-area with different kinds of moving apparatus. Le Jardin des Isles (Garden of Islands), has a black and white marbled path which winds through oak trees, conifers and pines.
Le Jardin des Dunes
Le Jardin des Frayeurs Enfantines( Garden of Childhood Fears) has a walkway broadcasting eerie music as one crosses a forest of blue spruce and silver birch trees. Le Jardin des Equilibres (Garden of Balance) has metallic kites hovering like giant birds within the vegetation. Le Jardin du Dragon (Garden of the Dragon) is a giant, 80 meter long climbing apparatus in the shape of a dragon with a long slide extending from its mouth. Le Jardin des Ombres (Garden of Shadows), is an array of black and white tileshe park is divided by the Orucq canal. Boat rides on the canal are available. One of the more unusual features in this park is the Argonaut, a submarine, open to the public. The Argonaut has been around the world 10 times. In 1989, it made its last voyage up the Orucq canal and anchored its 400 tons in the Parc de la Villette
Canal de l'Orucq
What a huge and amazing parc in Europe!
